Sidewalk cafes

There is nothing more pleasant than dining out of doors, at a sidewalk café. You get the best of all worlds: people watching, gorgeous weather, and great food. So of course Sayulita abounds in sidewalk cafes. After all, the weather is just about perfect, especially in high season evenings; and the people in all their colorful, stylish glory, are utterly entertaining to watch; and as for the food, well, it just keeps getting better and better. All around the plaza, and up and down the streets, you’ll find dozens of sidewalk dining rooms ranging from your basic taco cart with a couple of plastic tables and chairs to match, to elegant dining rooms brought out doors, complete with candlelight and linen. Pull up a chair, drink and dine, watch the moon rise and the world stroll by. This is civilized life as it is meant to be lived.
