Playa Carricitos

There are no facilities, although several of the houses in the neighborhood are available for rentals of varying durations. If you feel the need to really hide out, you could do a lot worse than renting a place in the vicinity of Carricitos. And if you feel the need to clear out of Sayulita for a couple of hours, and swim in a wilder, lonelier sea, Carricitos will be your dream come true.

When getting away from it all to Sayulita no longer feels like you’ve gotten away, and Muertos, too, has gotten crowded—as it does now and then–head to Carricitos. Not far to go, yet isolated, wild, and rough, Carricitos is one of the prettiest and most rugged beaches around. Yet you can walk there in less than an hour from downtown Sayulita.
